Why I Bought Rubasse Without Even Seeing It in Person <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The thermal responsiveness is like a supercar\u2014heat ramps up instantly on command. Thanks to the digitized airflow control, the entire roasting process is incredibly stable, and that annoying chaff is whisked away effortlessly by the fan. The cooling efficiency is blazing fast; even in the heat of summer, beans drop to room temperature in under 4 minutes. Because the heat power is so flawlessly controllable, you never get caught with runaway high temperatures that won’t come down. I’ve been running this machine since March 2017. Even when doing back-to-back production runs of over ten consecutive batches, it performs flawlessly with a near-zero defect rate. It gives me complete control to craft a cup that is both clean and full-bodied, completely free of any unpleasant burned or scorched taints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
