We’re Jovial Roasters, a micro-roastery and specialty coffee shop based in Constanța, Romania—a Black Sea harbor city that has been increasingly visible on the specialty coffee map since 2013. We are thrilled to finally be a part of that growing story. Built by two founders who took the leap from simply loving coffee to building our entire lives around it, we carefully curate green coffee, roast it in small batches, supply fellow businesses, and serve it in a welcoming space where people genuinely want to spend their time. Our name says everything about the vibe we create. We focus on honestly good specialty coffee—not chasing fleeting trends, but chasing the absolute best expression of each bean through continuous learning.
