Motivation for Purchasing a Rubasse
In my primary career, I serve as a Quality Manager for a semiconductor design firm. After enjoying coffee as a hobbyist for several years, I felt a strong desire to dive into roasting. Initially, I was drawn to Rubasse for its compact, space-saving design and its ability to generate heat solely through Electric Heating , eliminating any dependency on Gas. However, after a trial roast, I discovered a much deeper advantage: the thermal conversion efficiency of its Near-Infrared (NIR) heating is incredibly high. It allows for an immediate, tangible response whenever I adjust parameters during the roasting process.
What advantages stand out to you?
I find the design of the Rubasse user interface to be extremely intuitive and easy to master. At the same time, the machine is equipped with numerous sensors that make it easy to observe and accumulate data, helping me further my research in the field of coffee roasting. The Automation and Profile Reproduction systems have been instrumental, allowing me to seamlessly launch my side career as an In-House Roasting studio owner with total ease.
